本課程為健康服務研究與統計法課程，係在職專班學生的必修課程，對於研究方法主要議題與與相關統計方法有概括性的介紹:包括研究問題之界定、質性與量性研究的介紹、論文題目方向的選取、各種多變量統計分析的認識與應用、研究的批判與評論、研究計畫書的撰寫與評論、投稿的相關注意事宜等，透過教師講解、課前文獻的閱讀與作業、同學提問討論、實地的練習以及考試等方式，加深學生的了解與驗收學生的學習成果。
This course is designed for EMHA students in understanding health research and statistic methods and/or epidemiology research. The contents will cover major topics in research methods and help students to master in defining research questions, understanding quantitative research, qualitative research, selecting of thesis direction, proposal writing and commenting, knowing and applying multivariate statistical methods, research critiquing, and manuscript publications. By way of lecturing, pre-class reading, post-class home works, participation in class and written examination, this course will enhance student’s learning to serve the purposes.
